Frequently Asked Questions

As a non-profit organization, we try to keep the fees as low as possible to ensure everyone has a chance to participate.  We are forced to make decisions on equipment, uniforms, and pay insurance months before the season starts to ensure everyone has the equipment they need to play football and cheer.  Due to the fact that we must make these decisions so far in advance, the following refunds will be granted only if an email or letter is postmarked by the date deadlines listed below.  There will be no exceptions to the following rules.


Before July 15th a refund will be granted for the registration fee minus a $20 processing fee. 

After July 15th- no refund will be granted. 


 

  • Parent consent form 
  • Doctors consent form
  • Copy of the participants birth certificate
  • Report Card 
  • Registration fee ($200.00 per player)
  • Mandatory Fundraiser or Buy-out due before game uniform can be handed out



MKYFC provides:

  • Helmet (chin strap)
  • Shoulder pads
  • Practice pants 
  • Practice jersey
  • 1 mouth piece

Game jersey and pants is provided once the mandatory fundraiser has been completed


MKYFC does not provide:

  • Cleats
  • Athletic Cup
  • Gloves
  • Socks (should be Royal Blue or Black)

Any undergarments need to be Royal Blue or Black


Any questions see your childs coach.


MKYFC will collect at the end of the season:

  • Helmet
  • Shoulder pads
  • Practice and game pants
  • Practice jersey


All uniforms must b returned in clean condition. Any uniform not returned in clean condition will be subject to a $15 cleaning fee.


Any equipment not returned will be subject to a $500 fee.
